Don’t pass up this outstanding foundation-bred mare—she’s the one you need. Used on an Idaho cattle ranch throughout her youth, she has since produced several great ranch horses, all of which were easy to train and easy to sell. She was never shown, only because she belonged to busy ranchers. She’s well-broke and good with cattle and humans alike. She likes to work and will step right out on her own or go along in a group. Perfect at trailering, being shod and trimmed, and all the usual ground work. She has been ridden by cowboys, ranch hands, oldsters and kids, all with good results. She has never been known to buck or rear. She is an easy keeper, and nobody believes me when I tell them her age. Her colts are big and shapey with doll heads and great dispositions. When bred to a roan, dun or buckskin, she will produce color every time. My only reason for parting with her is that I am losing access to pasture. Ride her all winter and then breed her in the spring!
